You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. To request a refund, email hello@grantshub.co.uk with your account email and the date of the charge. We will process your refund promptly.
Refunds are not available for charges older than 14 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
In the event that Grants Hub ceases to operate, annual subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused complete months remaining on their subscription. We will provide a minimum of 30 days notice where possible and process refunds automatically to the original payment method.
